Standard. Phone interview followed by an invitation to come into the school to teach a mock lesson. Taught the mock lesson and was then called and offered the position two days later. Overall the experience was very eye opening to how charter schools function.

The initial phone interview went well. The call covered background information about myself, information about the school and the teaching fellows position. I was contacted 3 days later to scheduled an in person interview which will consist of a demo lesson, a tour and a debriefing. Currently waiting for the in person interview.
