I applied online. I interviewed at Clean Water Action (Long Branch, NJ) in Mar 2020
Interview
Very easy first interview, however the second "interview" is working with them for a day, which is canvassing for 8 hours, which seemed like they were just asking for free labor. They also expected availability as soon as possible, that you had to have an entire day free as soon as possible. the description I was given in the interview was different than the online description. Also avoided certain questions like why they have such a high turnover rate. Overall seems a bit sketchy
