I had one screening, one conversation with the hiring manager, and one conversation with a senior executive. They went out of their way to accommodate me by scheduling an interview on a Sunday. They were very straightforward about what they needed in a candidate for the role, which helped everyone quickly ascertain whether the relationship would be of mutual benefit. We went out separate ways, but I left within a healthy amount of respect for their people and business. I will be keeping my eye peeled for more suitable roles in the future.
