Interview Process is pretty straight forward. You come in for a typing test to see how fast you can type. Once that is completed and you pass, you will do a ride-along with an employee who works in the position you applied for for 15 minutes. Once that is done, you will go and do an interview with 2 team leads. They ask you general interview questions and that's it. Always a bonus to have someone refer you because they will bump your application.
