A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about the opportunity. I filled out an online application and scheduled the first phone call. The recruiter was very positive and friendly during the phone screen and super helpful throughout the interview process. Interviews with management consisted of 2 hour long RingCentral video calls, and the questions were pretty standard but thorough - specific examples needed to back up every answer. There was also a HW assignment to test PowerPoint skills and attention to detail. I happened to receive a great offer with another company during the interview process and brought this up to the recruiter. They worked with me to speed up the interview timeline and gave me an even better counteroffer.
