Spoke a lot about the company struggles and where it was - questions were all about how I had reacted when certain scenarios were presented to me in my past, No questions were asked about my past performance or accomplishments or work related experiences nor what I would bring to the company. Overall the vibe seemed off, toxic even. They seemed to want to hire someone who would be a warm seat and take orders without questions. Skills brought to the table did not seem to be a concern at all. Also, this was listed as a operations manager position, It was was actually a floor manager position, 4 of the 8 seats in this position were open for hire. No one I spoke to had been in their position more than 18 months.
