Interview
First call was with the in-house recruiting team who was AMAZING, put you completely at ease and really passionate about the company. Second round was a 2 hr phone conversation with the VP of sales and two of the hiring managers. That's what sold me on the company. Very smart people who asked non-formula questions to understand how I sell. Made it very easy to talk to them. Final round was a mock pitch of the product to the VP. Be smart, clear, easy to understand, and don't sell the features.
