After you email in your resume and application , you will get a call to come in for an interview at Vickery hall. Once you get the interview you basically have the job. It is very informal and more like a training session.

One interview, multiple people asking questions which was a bit intimidating. Overall not a bad process, but be prepared to be facing 2-3 people interviewing you. Interview was a few years ago and during COVID, so the process might be different now.

Straight forward interview. More wanted to chat and know that you can handle yourself in a group setting and will be able to provide assistance to the students. About as simple as they come.
