Interview
I received the call from a recruiter for CCAD asking if I am interested to work there. Ofcourse I am so I graciously did the interview process. I initially had a computer assessment and had my 1st interview with 2 Directors who I will be supporting. We were in a room along with the recruiter from HR. I thankfully passed the initial interview and moved on to the final interview with the 2 Director back again and basically asking me situational questions. I was apparently am competing with 2 other women and thankfully I got the job in the end. 😂

This was an easy interview! Prepare the basic questions, such as strengths/ weaknesses, why you want to work here, etc. ! My interview was more conversational than anything. I think they were checking more for a personality fit.
