Interview
Applied online, resume and cover letter, and a recruiter reached out for an initial phone interview. We scheduled a phone interview for the following week. The call lasted about 35 minutes. It was not the right position for me at the time.

Interview
HireVue video interviewing to start, followed by a short call where the recruiter gave extremely vague details about the job itself, followed by a video interview with a panel of 7 each asking 1 question. I will be honest, I did not do well in this interview at all. I am used to turning an interview into a big flowy conversation and this one was almost impossible to do that with, as it just went from person to person asking random things that didn't intertwine. After all of this, radio silence. I'm not shocked I didn't get the job... though I find the lack of communication obnoxious.

Interview
Applied after seeing post on LinkedIn. Received an invitation for hirevue video interview and a week later received an email invite for 1:1 video interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager provided great overview of job, future career growth, and team structure. Received email for another round of interviews with direct team members (4 total not including me). Everyone was really friendly and asked behavioral related questions. I felt at ease answering questions and could see myself working with the team. When I asked about next steps, they were clear on process. They advised me they would debrief and follow up with hiring manager and I would receive update typically within 24 hours. The following day I received a call from main poc with offer! Overall a really positive candidate experience.
