Interview
After applying, I was offered a phone interview to clarify details of my resume and also answer a few questions about scenarios they had presented to me. After my phone interview, I was notified that I was going to be offered a in-person interview. My interview took place in the Solon office where I first took a typing test to establish my WPM. Once I passed the minimum WPM test, they placed my in a office with two interviewers. Each interviewer asked me a few questions as to how I would handle different scenarios and how I would use my prior experience in customer service to help me in the future. I was then interviewed by a third interviewer which was followed by listening on a call with a current employee to get an idea of what my duties would look like.
