I applied through their website and the whole process took about a month. After submitting my application, I heard back about a week later to schedule a call with the recruiter. The hiring manager reached out right after that call to schedule a Zoom interview. I got a final decision about a week or so later. The recruiter was friendly and enthusiastic, but the hiring manager was hard to read and was difficult to engage, but I’m sure some of that is because of the fact that they work for a major hospital during a pandemic. Overall, an OK experience. Very competitive which is understandable.
