I came to their main fitness facility and was introduced to the aquatics and operations manager. It was an extremely pleasant interview process, my role, duties, and who I would be working with were all introduced to me. The scope of my duties were laid out and it was a very positive and straightforward interview. I really got a good sense for the work place, management, and who I would be working with.
