Well organized process. Sixteen applicants interviewed per day so it seemed a bit impersonal. Hotel was provided and dinner the night before. Current residents and their spouses attended and answered questions that may not have been appropriate in formal interviews. On interview day, 4-5 interviewers were scheduled in 20 minute blocks. It was difficult to get a feel for how interested they are in you but they were all very easy to talk to.

Interview
Super smooth. Very communicative and responsive. Whole process was very easy and I felt valued throughout. Interviewer was candid and open and the conversation flowed easily. Would recommend. Do it if you’re in the fence.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic in Jan 2012
Interview
It was a standard interview process involving a morning session and 3 physicians. No committee style qs. Lunch is offered rather than dinner which is nice because less hassle on getting to the interview.
