The process did move quickly except the decision phase where I was basically ghosted. I tried giving a relevant example in my recruiter interview and she had no idea what I was taking about. I get she’s a general recruiter but this wasn’t something technical at all. When I got to the group interview the panel basically made it evident that they were bored and disinterested before I even opened my mouth. Other than tell me about yourself, they had no questions prepared and it was super awkward. Overall didn’t feel welcoming or like I was anything other than checking a box.
