The interview process was so smooth and organized. My application went straight to the hiring manager so I didn't have an interview with a recruiter. I interviewed with two people from management and they made me feel so comfortable from the start. We went over my background, why I applied for the position, a few behavioral-based questions went over job duties, and a little bit about the department. The next day I was invited to come in for a peer panel interview and job shadow. Everyone was so kind and welcoming during the job shadow, I only have positive things to say. I received an offer 1 week later.
