I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH) in Jun 2022
Interview
I have no complaints about the interview process itself. The process was smooth, quick, and the people I interviewed with were wonderful. Salary expectations were discussed in the very first conversation I had with the recruiter and since this was a lateral move from my current position my expectation was to not take a pay cut from where I was currently at. I was sent through the entire interview process only to receive an offer $15K less than what we had discussed up front. What is the point of asking about salary expectations and wasting time of the candidate and interviewers knowing that amount could not be met.

Why are you interested in working for the Cleveland Clinic?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic in Feb 2021
Interview
There was an initial recorded question and video session with just myself answering questions via video and it being recorded. I suppose if you pass, you get an interview which I did. This was done via Zoom with three members if the direct team and myself. Good questions and communication, explained the job well. Took about an hour, they explained about the clinic benefits.

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cleveland Clinic (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Abrupt and poor communication. It is one thing to not get a call back and it's obvious there is not much communication among the recruiters. There is a lot of room for improving the candidate experience.
