The number of rounds depends on the department, but first you'll meet with HR, then with a supervisor, then perhaps the PI or doctor in charge or with a peer panel. It takes a while to go through the entire process which is a little frustrating, but everyone has generally been nice.

They rejected my application literally within 30 minutes. No way an actual human read my resume What a joke. Not sure what software their HR uses but I have 12 years of experience in my field.
