Interview
Applied online, and got an email from the PI cc'ing other people from their department. They gave a specific time asking if they can call at that time, when I replied yes, the PI shared their phone number and asked me to text them when I get a chance and they "will try to call". They called later that evening 8 minutes late of originally assigned time. When I picked up the phone they did not even bother to ask any "how are you". They asked "what do you want, what have you done?" When I started answering they interrupted me, and started scolding! And it continued for the whole interview, I was not able to answer any question, they interrupted me every time and started scolding. My view point is if you do not think I am a suitable person for your post, why bother calling me and not hearing what I have to say?

All behavioral questions - biggest conflict and how I solved it
Was very thorough- it was about a 3-4 interview process with typical interview questions and also some scenario based questions. Included shadowing the position before receiving an offer which was nice
