Interview
Disappointing. You’re first contacted by someone at the main campus in Cleveland. If you make it past that phone call, they’ll set you up for a virtual interview.
Do not get remotely excited if they invite you to tour the facility you’d be working at. Normally, this would be an indicator that you’re in the door.
I had agreed to swing by on my lunch break and she made it seem like it would be a quick chat to meet the people I’d be working with. Instead, she was over 30 minutes late and walked me through the most whirlwind, overwhelming introduction tour I’ve ever been on. After that, she tells me there’s a few more people doing a tour that day too.
At that point, I didn’t want to work there. It was a very negative, awkward experience. I didn’t bother calling after.

Interview
interview process was very easy, I got the call for the job a few days later. I did not have to prepare for interview. two people interviewed me. The interview was 20 mins long, and I was very comfortable with their questions.
This is a fast paced work environment expect to handle 200-300 phone calls a day. Typically a panel interview with 6 to 8 people. I received a response back from hr within 24 hours.
