Interview
The phone interview was very casual. The face to face interview was more intensive, met with many people within the department. Full day affair, can be intimidating especially since CCF is such a huge hospital. Word of advice, show up the day before and try to get the lay of the land, possibly event ry to walk from the main campus to the HR building a few blocks away.
