Supervisors called a couple of days beforehand with little to no information leading up to the interview, which was conducted with multiple applicants within the same room. The interview consisted of simply telling the applicants about the job, then taking them on a tour of the facilities.
Forms were filled out, and no questions were asked aside from on the forms. After that, I heard nothing back from the supervisors for a couple of months, leading me to believe that the offer had been made to others. Then later in the month a couple of months later, I finally heard back from them with the expectation that I knew I had been hired and simply needed to accept what shifts to work.
