Kinda long and intense practical demonstration interview, however they do a good job preparing you for the process and everyone seems great. It totally makes sense that they want to test interviewees to see how they perform and apply experience and information, just be prepared for a long interview. Great experience though!

Lots of questions, but mostly they asked for a demonstration of proficiency.
Initial Assessment is a timed 2 hour test solving data imports and integrations. This is a low paying customer service job, expecting contract workers to know complex Excel formulas and integrations... if you don't have these skills, don't bother applying.

Interview
It was an hour and a half with 3 different groups of people all of which were very friendly. The first part was a customer role play with an upset customer then the second part was a learn and teach and then a more traditional type interview .

Interview
It was a three part process with a take home of drafting a reply to a pretend customer email. The zoom interviews were very typical. First person asked you general questions, then next round was pretending to teach something to the person and then third round was I believe answering questions from the hiring manager.
