I had 2 phone interviews, which both went well, then I got a 3-4 hour take home assignment which they said I aced. After they scheduled an in-person interview. A day before the interview, they called to cancel. I understand the situation, but it's a rookie move to assign someone a time consuming assignment and not even give them a chance to fight for the job.
