First begins with a 30-minute phone screen. If passed on you will be required to prepare a 10-minute sales pitch to a member of a school district during your second interview. After your second interview they will have you complete a Follow-Up Email Assignment in which you would follow up on the mock interview sales pitch. After there is a 4 hour final interview on site that includes meeting with various employees and lunch. In each meeting you must complete various tasks including a 30-minutes sales pitch and a lead prioritization activity.
