Interview
Interviewer was 15 minutes late for initial screening. Then assumed that I had an app installed for a video interview, which delayed the interview an additional 5-10 mins, and he somewhat insinuated that I had delayed the interview. He asked me no technical questions, yet I nailed everything he asked(I've been doing QA for a decade, and know my stuff). He mentioned they would be in contact for next steps by EOD, only to say they had other candidates that could hit the ground running on day one, which again was completely unfounded, cause there was not one question that I didn't nail, nor any technical questions;they were really entry level, easy questions. However, he did mention I was a great culture fit, but I'm almost convinced that is why they didn't want to continue, was because they sensed I wasn't a culture fit (although it was just a phone screening, maybe they detected I was a diversity hire), and from what I've seen from other reviews, they aren't a diverse bunch, whatever, that's okay, just don't attempt to insult my intelligence when the reason you don't want to hire is because of a cultural bias. I wouldn't recommend an interview with this company, as they seem rather immature in their interview process and response to candidates is rather demeaning. Was a sign they have some maturing to do before hiring seasoned candidates.

Question 1
Basic questions about current responsibilities, working within a team, really basic stuff. Were questions for an entry level QA, or someone with no experience.
