Interview
The interview process took 1 week. Csa had reached out to me 2 years ago but I didn't have the experience. Screened with Recruiter (lovely woman, then a couple days later Program Manager and APM. Then a phone screening with the Director. All of which was smooth and professional. They love loyalty which Im big on.
From there, the offer letter came several days later. Which i happily accepted.

Great. Friendly interviewers. Friendly managers. Questions pertained to the job. I answered by showing a clear understanding of the job the job I was interviewing for and that I was a perfect match for their company, and by showing that I did research on the minute details of how the company's values match closely with mine and those details that distinguish its company from the rest of similar companies out there.
