Interview
Phone interview with functional lead was amazing. We immediately began planning immediate solutions and long-term plans, and were completely in-sync with a clear path.
In-person interview with Regional Director and Task Lead went smoother than I could have dreamed. Left the room completely inspired and motivated; received phone call with offer before I finished driving home!

Question 1
If Aaron (Task Lead) doesn't hire you for this position, which I'm sure he will, would you be interested in another position I feel you'd be perfect for?

Interview
Process was fast and straightforward, 3 rounds of interviews:
1) Phone interview - basic interview questions, took about 20 mins. Nothing tough
2) In-person - invited to office for interview with department head and lead consultant I would be working for. Very nice people, lots of personality questions such as what motivates me, career/life goals down the road, etc., along with some questions about my computer competencies (excel, word, etc.). Talked about my work experiences with using software. Lasted 45 mins (mostly because I asked a lot of questions at the end).
2) In-person #2 - met with same 2 people, as well as another employee in the department. Basically asked about tech skills and competencies with excel spreadsheets, etc. Pretty fast interview, only lasted about 15 mins. Think they wanted to just make sure I would be a good fit for the team.

Maybe you will love The Interview — if you can ever see the movie — as much as some people hate or fear it. But if you're hoping for any cogent political satire here, then the joke's on you. Overall I give a 5/5.
