Interview
Contacted by the company through a job board with background information on the company and a typical question that the role would investigate.
Had an introductory interview on my background and discussed the initial question.
From there, received a more thorough prompt along with a data set as in advance of the next interview. Examined the data, drew conclusions and wrote about my findings to mirror the day-to-day of the job. Spoke with the same individual from the first interview about the more detailed problem. Then spoke with the head of the team who asked questions about experience and the prompt.

Interview
Didn't get pass the take home phase. However, they ghosted me for 3 weeks after the take home, which I returned to them in less than 48 hours. The first part is an interview with HR and they just prep you for the next parts of the interview. The person doing the interview thought I applied for the product manager role so I think all the questions were incorrect and he corrected himself at the end but didnt ask me any additional questions to clarify my background

Interview
After submitting the application online with a question regarding metrics, I was invited for an online video interview.
The interviewer just started ranting and seemed to be in the hurry right from the get-go. It was pretty obvious that he was not interested in interviewing. He asked about my background and cut me off in between. He just asked me about one of my projects very briefly.
I wanted to talk about other projects that were relevant to the job description and asked him whether he had any questions about the same. He just said "No". Thirty minutes were scheduled for the interview and he was pretty much done within the first fifteen. It seems like it was just an interview for the sake of it.
All the excitement I had about the prospects of the company faded away within the first two minutes of the conversation.
