The first part of the interview process was comprised of responding to a letter that Clipboard Health sends you.it asks several questions and is quite an in depth study of your processes, approach, and fit.
The second step was setting up an actual interview. I was disappointed during the process because my interviewer (who had warned in advance that she records so that she doesn’t have to take notes live) was incredibly distracted the entire process.from looking elsewhere, having other conversations, looking in her bag, and interrupting my answers, I felt that she was more annoyed to have to interview me.
I quickly received an email afterwards that I was not a fit, but I could work work out in another position if I’d be willing to fill out the survey and interview for it.
After some consideration, I decided it was against my best interests. I felt disrespected during not the whole process, but enough of the process to feel that I wouldn’t matter to the company if I did end up moving forward
