If your resume makes it through, you are sent a case study and given 5 business days to complete. Then you do a case study interview with in-depth questions about hypothetical scenarios to assess your critical thinking. After that, you have 3 more interviews with other department heads.

As others have experienced , I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to complete an entire project plan before even speaking with someone. The role also doesn’t have a salary range listed and I think it’s pretty rude to ask people to do work for you without even understanding if this is a good fit. Seems like a major red flag, PASS

How much more or less do you pay drivers per trip given driver rides/month and salary and riders CAC and request rate? Your goal is to maximize net revenue for the next 12 months on this route.
The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.
