Initial case study and interview.
I do not mind doing a case study to check my thinking and work. I think it is good practice.
BUT
1) It was clear my interviewer had not read my write up. I received no specific feedback on it.
2) The case takes ALOT of time if you do it well. At least screen people before you make them do work

Interview
If your resume makes it through, you are sent a case study and given 5 business days to complete. Then you do a case study interview with in-depth questions about hypothetical scenarios to assess your critical thinking. After that, you have 3 more interviews with other department heads.

Question 1
How much more or less do you pay drivers per trip given driver rides/month and salary and riders CAC and request rate? Your goal is to maximize net revenue for the next 12 months on this route.
The interview process began with an initial assessment, which had no time limit. I wrote about 2 pages. After submitting the assessment, I moved on to the next stage: a live interview focused on discussing my approach to the assessment. During this conversation, I walked through my solution, explained my reasoning, and answered follow-up questions related to testing and validating the approach.
