Worst interview of all time. Spent a lot of time doing case study and went to a phone interview afterwards. No feedback is provided when rejection. Interview consists of bunch of questions that is exceedingly boring. No insight is shown from the interviewer side. Respect comes from both sides. Last time when I spent a ton of time doing interviews and ended up with a simple thank you for your application email, 7 months later, the whole team is laid off and all my interviewers end up “opening to work” on LinkedIn. Be respectful to people show interest in your company and don’t take anything for granted. Culture is very important.
