Incredibly unprofessional. The recruiter pushed me through to the next round, only to ghost me for 2 weeks and then send me a follow up telling me that I wasn't selected to move forward. I have the email from him: "So it looks like you passed the initial mock call interview. My manager will send you a take home test analysing two different sales calls." And several days later after this response, he said that he "would let me know by the end of the day" if I moved forward, even though he told me previously that I did indeed move forward in the hiring process. Clipboard Health may indeed be a great company with a unique, breakthrough technology that technical salespeople will want to be a part of, however they need to properly evaluate and vet their recruiting staff after this absurd interview process. This is not a fair process for potential employees with unprofessional recruiters running their recruitment.
