Take home assignments for non technical roles are always hit or miss. This company tends to take people’s work and then ghost, unfortunately. If I could rescind the work submitted, I would. Not keeping in contact with multiple candidates after they submit free work sends a negative message.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to plan out content operations given a specific and nuanced healthcare scenario.
Overall a poor experience. 4 hours spent on a case study and feedback was that Clipboard Health was not setup for me to be successful. To me, this did not make a lot of sense as by the sounds of it, there needs to be improvement. I would dread to think how much time and money is being wasted in operational efficiencies.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Clipboard (New York, NY) in Nov 2023

The company is a scam. They make you invest a considerable amount of time completing case studies. Most likely those case studies are being used as free labor. Complete scam.
