After submitting my application Clipboard Health literally got back to me with, in hindsight, what must have been an automated message 2 minutes later with a take-home assessment (prompt below). I must have spent 20 hours creating a comprehensive set of documents with automated spreadsheets detailing how to handle a "hypothetical" scenario where they were trying to move their call centers. They responded later without any feedback saying my application was rejected. I am thoroughly convinced that they outsource their work through this "interview" process. I felt that if I did an amazing job I would get an interview and did not trust the other reviews on here, and I now regret it thoroughly. Stay away!!!

Their process is as follows:
1. Take Home Test (Case Study with data and requires writing a document)
2. Interview with a Team Member
3. Interview with the Hiring Manager

Question 1
I only got to the Case Study phase which required you to write a document addressing the questions in the case. It took me hours to complete but they ghosted me after I submitted it and never heard from the again.
