After the application, I was given a take-home case study. I emailed Ray for some clarification about the study and was not answered. I worked over the weekend, for free, to turn this around. Only to get a very generic "no thank you" rejection email. The experience was overall disappointing and disheartening. Please only give case studies to those you want to interview. This was a waste of my time.
