When I was first contacted by HR I was questioned about my past experience. Then I had an assessment test and personality test. The virtual interview was a bit unnerving having to answer 9 questions with a minute of time allotted to each question. Personally, it's easier to speak with someone about one's accomplishments than is to record yourself on camera. When it came time to meet my potential colleagues the process was direct, friendly, and intuitive. Lastly, I truly enjoyed getting to meet the team in advance and hear about some of their experience about the job and the companies values.
