Great start up the interview process. I got through 2 rounds and the managers interviewing me were excited to bring me on and confidant that I’d be a great addition. That is until I had my final interview with the director. She was nothing like the rest of the people I interviewed with at CloudBeds. I was given an incorrect zoom link, arrived a few minutes behind schedule after I received the right one. She made no effort to connect with me on a personal level instead went though a generic list of questions (felt like an interrogation) it was a very surface level conversation if I’m being honest. I was excited about potentially joining CloudBeds until that moment. The interview was also recorded without my consent or a heads up. After over a month of the interview process, I had to wait 2 more weeks to get a rejection stating I was under qualified.
