Unnecessarily long and ineffective interview process when the owner, who meets you last is ultimately the decision maker who dismisses all the feedback from the prior 5 interviews. They move you along the interview process giving you false hope. They even make you take two personality tests and complete two challenge questions all of which have nothing to do with the job itself. Owner meets with you last and asks you questions that again has nothing to do with the role you are interviewing for. No feedback provided on why you are not selected. Seems like the least they can do after they put people through the ringer like that and give them false hope up until you receive the rejection email.
