I recently successfully went through the Cloudbeds interview process. It was a fairly straightforward process, involving five steps: 1. Screening call with internal recruiter 2. 3rd party technical interview (Karat) 3. Interview with engineering manager 4. Interview with staff engineer 5. Interview with VP of Engineering For the Karat interview, the first half was React-based questions where they presented code snippets and asked questions. The second half consisted of a data structure & algorithm exercise. I was a bit intimidated by this going in as a frontend engineer, but there are tons of free mock exercises on resources like W3S that can help you prepare Once through the technical portion, there were three conversational interviews with team members that served as a culture fit and professional background check. Big shout out to Svetlana for making this process smooth and efficient! We had first connected on another role about 6 months earlier. That role wasn't the right fit, but we kept in touch and eventually were able to match me to my ideal role!
