The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cloudflare (New York, NY)
Interview
We did three phone interviews prior to the on-site. The initial phone interview was your typical screening with a recruiter. The following two were with personnel from the department to which I had applied. I was then brought in for a half-day onsite interview with six people from from various departments.
Only two people worked at the office I would be assigned to, so I was put in a room with a couch to video conference with a TV monitor for the other four interviews.
The day after the on-site, a recruiter reached out to me and said they wanted to schedule a follow-up call. I responded with some suggested times we could speak. Thereafter, I never heard from them again. I reached out to the recruiter again later the following week and then to a senior member of the department I was applying for. They ghosted me, and then I found a better job in my neighborhood.
Basically, what I'm saying is that this the kind of place that will coax you into taking an afternoon off from work to talk to a TV for five hours, and after you pay $24 for parking they won't validate, they'll forget you ever existed.
