My interview experience was okay overall. The interview process was quite long and involved seven back-to-back interviews with different team members. The interviews themselves were professional and the conversations were positive. However, the overall timeline was very quiet. The process took over a month, and communication during this period was slow. After completing all the rounds, I received a rejection email with no explanation or feedback. I completely understand that hiring decisions can be complex. That said, clearer timelines, faster communication, and more transparency from the beginning would be appreciated—especially in a stressful job market where candidates invest significant time and effort into the process.
