First was a telephone call with the recruitment team to discuss your background and decide whether to put your forward to the hiring manager. You then have a teams interview with the hiring manager.
The interview process itself was absolutely fine, no issue there. However I would like to feedback that after following up with my dedicated recruitment coordinator, I was told they would come back to me at the beginning of the week (again, normal) however after this I was sent a generic rejection email. This was extremely disappointing given that 1) I had taken time to interview and 2) I had a “dedicated” recruitment coordinator. I understand the use of a generic when you don’t get to interview stage, but to receive this after interviewing felt like total disrespect of my time. At the bare minimum I would have expected a more personalised email with details on how I interviewed to assist me going forward.
