Phone Screen - Quick Conversation (about 15 minutes). Typical Questions - tell me about your self, a brief intro to the role, how would you describe a challenge you deal with and overcame at your prior employer. They also asked me for a desired salary during this call. Next call was with a hiring manager - this was a thirty minute call and was mostly situational questions, i.e. what would you do if...., or tell me about the time you...... In-Person - Sat in a room for three hours (this is normal). I was met with four CF employees. Mostly cool and interesting people. One of them was smug and gotten really defensive when we started discussing pricing.
