Applied but received no response despite being promised as such not only by email but also through linked in messenger. Ended up essentially being ghosted by Cloudflare after one or two further messages. Was immensely frustrating and to be honest quite rude. In a world where most company functions in IT and beyond can be automated there is no excuse for not sending a cursory email notifying someone whether they're still in the running for a position or not. Its something which for some reason is accepted as part of getting a job but actually needs to be called out more. Much much more.
