HR Screening, followed by a 30 minute chat with your potential manager. Once you’ve passed this stage you then have to have 1:1 interviews with lots of potential colleagues from different departments. Everyone was really lovely and it was more of a ‘chat’ with the occasional experience based question thrown in there. However I did notice a lot of overlapping questions - particularly “why this role/company?” which got quite annoying to answer. After doing this, you have a wrap up session with the manager. In my case I got the impression that they had their sights set on another candidate, which was disheartening. This was confirmed roughly a week later by the HR member over the phone. Overall a nice, but exhausting experience. This whole process took around 3 weeks in total.
