No initial interview with HR, first interview was with the hiring manager. I knew from two minutes in that I would not want to work here. At one point I honestly thought Cloudflare's newest product was Robot Hiring managers. He went 100mph outlining every detail of what he wanted, talked negatively about all the hours and work, and asked zero questions that made me feel as though he looked at this as a two way street. It seems as if they are moving so fast they just need bodies to do the work and aren't as concerned with culture and attitude and work ethic etc. I was disappointed that they did not live up to all the amazing things I had read about them.
