10 amazing interviews with incredible people. They expect a lot but the process is super interesting! BUT: I had very successful interviews with extremely positive feedback, even in the last one! Yet, in the end, they told me that they chose another candidate with a more technical background and that they are sorry. Why drag someone through 10 interviews and make them learn all your products for weeks... if you know from the onset that you prefer candidates with a technical background? Why communicate another picture in the interviews, and not manage expectations in a realistic manner? In the beginning I loved the process because - even without a technical -background they give you the chance to prove yourself and your commitment...I was wrong! Well everyone....welcome to the false faces and fake world of silicon valley. They are great at representing themselves, and the people were cool, no question. Yet, the process of which I loved certain parts, seems to have a big fat question mark and a questionable structure/ internal communication and guidelines attached to it. It's up to you to choose and it might work out but don't be disappointed when you invest a massive amount of time and commitment and passion to a company....that actually doesn't stand by what it says. Passing all the interviews really well doesn't mean anything.

I got interview invitation. However the interviewer didn’t join the call. After checking HR apologised and informed there is no head account. Hence, they couldn’t continue my application. Well, you guys know how I felt about this hiring process
