Just as the previous interviewee review mentioned, "just swipe left If you don’t have a couple months for the interview armageddon." I have never seen an interview process like Cloudflare. They (recruiters), simply go MIA (missing in action) with no correspondence whatsoever. I emailed them (recruiters) on 4 separate occasions for an update and to this day (27 days), still haven't received a response. A simple 'yes', 'no' or 'we are still in the process' would suffice. I had the privilege of interviewing at multiple companies over the past few weeks but the Cloudflare opportunity 'seemed' to be a very good one. Nonetheless, I accepted a role with a Cloudflare competitor as I couldn't wait any longer. Hoping this review will help Cloudflare improve their interview practices and not lose potential great talent to other organizations or competitors.
